Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using EduPro. They form a binding agreement between you (the school, its staff, or students) and EduPro Technologies Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EduPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including administrators, teachers, students, and parents.
2. Description of Service
EduPro is a multi-tenant school management SaaS platform that provides tools for student administration, computer-based testing (CBT), timetable management, attendance tracking, billing, and AI-powered learning insights. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Registration
Each school registers as a "tenant" with a unique subdomain. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. The registered administrator is responsible for all activity under the school's account, including access granted to teachers, students, and parents.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly per active student. Pricing varies by school type (Primary: ₦500/student/month; Secondary: ₦1,000/student/month; University: ₦2,000/student/month). Payments are processed via Paystack or Flutterwave. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date. No refunds are issued for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload malicious code or content; (c) attempt to access another tenant's data; (d) resell or redistribute the Service; (e) reverse engineer any part of the platform; (f) use automated scraping tools against our APIs.
6. Data and Privacy
EduPro stores student data on your behalf. Each school's data is isolated via row-level tenancy and never shared with other schools. By using the Service, you grant EduPro the right to process this data to provide the Service. We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
The EduPro platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and AI models, is the exclusive property of EduPro Technologies Ltd. Your school's data, logos, and branding remain your property. You grant EduPro a limited licence to display your logo within the platform on your behalf.
8. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. EduPro may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
EduPro's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
